WHEN CAN SPONSORSHIP BILLBOARDS BE SHOWN?
ALBANIA
At the beginning and/or at the end of the program
AUSTRIA
At the beginning and/or end of the program
BOSNIA
At the beginning and/or at the end of the program
BULGARIA
At the beginning and/or at the end of the program and also during the program
CROATIA
Must be shown but not specified where. At the beginning and/or during and/or end of the program
CZECH REPUBLIC
At the beginning and/or during and/or end of the program
DENMARK
At the beginning and/or end of the program.
ESTONIA
At the beginning and/or end of the Program.
FRANCE
At the beginning or at the end of the programme. Mention of the sponsor during the sponsored program is possible in trailers, only if it is discrete and punctual, and if it is identified according to the Decree.
FINLAND
At the beginning or at the end of the programme.
GEORGIA
At the beginning and/or at the end of the program Sponsorship credits must be clearly separated from programmes and sponsorship messages must not contain advertising messages or any appeal to buy the sponsor’s product or service.
GERMANY
Necessarily before and after the entire program. It also may be shown before and after each advertising break.
GREECE
At the beginning or end of the program.
HUNGARY
Before or after the program

At the beginning and/or end of the program, also allowed at the beginning or end of breaks during the program.

POLAND
Before OR after the program; also during the program only if: 1) when sponsorship consists in giving prizes to the participants of a contest, game or other form of competition. In this case, two references to the sponsor and an indication of the name of the products constituting the prizes are allowed; or 2) if a programme item or other broadcast is sponsored by providing services consisting in measuring time or processing data.  The sponsor reference may then be provided when presenting the results, time or data processing. In this cas, the reference can be transmitted for up to 8 seconds and its size cannot take up more than 1/16 of the television screen.
PORTUGAL
Must be at the beginning and can also be at the end of the program, also allowed at the beginning and/or end of breaks.
ROMANIA
At the beginning and/or end of the program
RUSSIA
At the beginning (and also at the end) of the program
SERBIA
At the beginning and the end of the program but if the program lasts more than 45 mins, then the sponsorship needs to be notified every 15 mins. In sports and cultural programs: also after each break.
