broadcast is sponsored by providing services consisting in measuring time or
processing data. The sponsor
reference may then be provided when presenting the results, time or data
processing. In this cas, the reference can be transmitted for up to 8 seconds
and its size cannot take up more than 1/16 of the television screen.
