How to make the plural form: Auto - autot Käsi - kadet How to determine “of” Genetiivi + -n (of) Kuka hän on? Who is (s)he? Hän on Suomen Presidentti. (S)He is the president of Finland. He is Finland’s President. The “n” is the equivalent to the “´s” in English. Tämä on Anna n reppu. Anna’s backpack. Tämä on Amonin lehtiö. Anon’s notebook. Kuka (who): kene- (stem of kuka): kenen (whose) Kenen reppu tämä on? Whose backpack is this? Se on Annan reppu. It is Anna’s backpack. Mitä (sinä) haluat tehdä? What do you want to do? Mitä sinä haluat syödä? What do you want to eat? Verbi + verbi (infinittivi). Verb + verb (in infinitive form). In Finnish when we have two verbs the second verb is always in the normal form, in other words in the infinitive form you find in the dictionary. Olla ulkona. To be outside. Lapset ovat ulkona.
