Leadership, what does it take to be a true leader:

  1. Impeccable winning attitude: JUICE: Join Us In Creating Enthusiasm. Always talk positives, this rubs off. If you are not part of the solution you are part of the problem.
  2. Willingness to understand that sacrifice is part of success. Time and work ethics, responsibility and focus. The need for persistence to push through tough times. I don’t care what you did yesterday, what are you going to do today? I don’t care what you did today, what are you going to do tomorrow?
  3. Love what you do. And if not learn to love it. Enjoying what you are doing, to the point where you want to be here and can’t wait to get here. Success is the journey that gets you there. You can’t have your cake and eat it too, you have to learn to pay the price. Put your pride aside.
  4. Become a problem solver. Focus on finding solutions to problems. Know how to honestly overcome negatives in everything you do and how to adapt to the situations. Learn how to deal with problems caused by other people’s bad attitude. Learn how to solve you personal problems. Make sure nothing gets in your way, your world revolves around making things happen.
  5. Work the law of averages. Be consistent and persistent. Make it work for you. Set the pae and keep it up. Develop yourself and your sales abilities and you will get better at it.
  6. Follow the system. When you have set yourself a system, follow it, if it doesn’t work change it or tweak it. Also within your company a unified system means new people will be able to follow it and be developed within it and therefore the business will grow.
  7. Create value for others: Develop new people and new leaders. Honestly care about them and their day. Teach them the power of focus. Get involved. Handle their negatives and teach them to turn them into positives. Teach your people the business, don’t wait for them to learn it.
  8. Don’t be afraid to reach out: Build relationships with those around you.
  9. Think big, promote your people, focus on growth and the achievement of milestones. Impact your people and promote your goals. Care about your team's goals and help them get to where they need to be.
  10. Teamwork: Let the team help you and do the same for others. The more we help each other the faster we will all go. Teach teamwork, there is no growth without teamwork.
