Finnish Language - Lesson 24

Monikko (singular) in simple form you add a -t. For example:
Auto (Car)  - Autot (Cars)

However when you want to add and ending to the word in its plural form then the plural becomes -i-
For example: autoissa (in cars)

If you want to know what a word means divide it into pieces. For example:
Kouluissammekin
Koulu (school) / i (plural) / ssa (in) / mme (our) / kin (also)
Also in our schools.
