VENDING

VENDING:

Vending is the sale of products through a machine that is built for that specific purpose. When looking at the vending industry as a whole, the industry can be inciting due to its low maintenance as it is almost a passive stream of income. However the vending industry is built on the idea of selling the vending machines to customers who are the ones that own the machine and therefore the liability. Vending companies then sell the machine, the management of the machine and the service of stocking them. This way a vending company can reduce their risk. The person wanting to own the machines will secure a location and purchase the machine. They can also opt to take care of the stocking themselves. People looking to get into this are usually looking to supplement their income without having to dedicate much time, usually a few hours a week to collect the money. According to some sources on average americans put $653 million into vending machines every week. A double head candy machine empties to about $200 in profit, so 5 machines will be $1000 profit, 10 machines $2000, etc.
